The Lakes at Bellevue is a pet friendly community. We proudly accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Please contact management for the complete pet policy. Breed restrictions do apply.
